ST160/167/168 INJECTOR NOZZLE-1.1mm
Description
Injector nozzles within RM Suttner foam injectors are essential components designed to ensure chemical is pulled into the water stream by way of the venturi effect. If you know the flow and pressure of the system you are working on our interactive chart will help you select the correct combination of equipment to get the best possible foam results.Â
This nozzle is to Suit: ST160, ST167, and ST168 foam injectors.

Overview
Does your foam injector have a compressed air connection?
If you are not using a compressed air connection, the interactive foam injector size guide below will help you not only select the correct injector nozzle size but also the correct sized foam lance as well. You just need to know the flow and pressue of the system you are using.
An injector using a compressed air connection creates the cleaning foam at the injector itself, this type of system requires a hose with a DN12 diameter to ensure the the foam doesn't collapse back into a liquid state. A wash gun with 1/2" inlet and outlet must also be used.

You will need to know the flow rate and pressure of the pressure washer or system that the injector is to be installed.
Firstly select the closest flow rate (round up if required)
Then move right across the chart until you are at the closest pressure column.
The top number (1.6) is the injector size.
For foam injectors not using compressed air the number in brackets underneath is the correct ST75 foam lance size required.
