Returns & Refunds
We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to offer a full refund for the product, provided it is returned in it's original packaging, unused and in a fully saleable condition, no more than 30 days from date of original purchase. A copy of the completed Goods Returns Form must also be included.
Your return and credit will only be dealt with, if the goods are returned with a completed Goods Return Form. Failure to do so will result in the returned goods being put 'to one side' until a completed form is received.
If the product is being returned as a warranty claim, please return it to us for inspection with a note describing the fault in detail. If, after inspection and testing the product is found to be a genuine warranty claim a full credit, inc return carriage, or replacement will be offered. If the returned items are found to be faulty due to non manufacturing defects, then we reserve the right to refuse a refund and the goods will either be fixed and returned to you, for which a charge will be applied, or scrapped, whichever option you decide.
All returns will be at the purchaser’s expense and subject to prior agreement with G&S Penrith.
