Overview

Panel mounted Foam Injector

This is the panel-mount version of the ST167 and ST168 foam injectors constructed from stainless steel. This injector allows for effortless switching between rinse and chemical modes via the attached lever. This injector produces foam via a compressed air connection through the injector’s 9mm hose barb air intake. The injector delivers excellent foam quality when paired with the correct amount of compressed air and is available in nozzle sizes ranging from 1.2 to 2.8 mm. Dosing can be easily adjusted using one of the ten included nozzle inserts and to make sure the foam doesn't collapse inside the hose we recommend using one of our 12mm internal diameter hoses.

Using the chart

You will need to know the flow rate and pressure of the pressure washer or system that the injector is to be installed.

Firstly select the closest flow rate (round up if required)

Then move right across the chart until you are at the closest pressure column.

The top number (1.6) is the injector size.

For foam injectors not using compressed air the number in brackets underneath is the correct ST75 foam lance size required.
