Description

The Suttner ST-49.2 Vibra rotating sewer nozzle is used in the cleaning and maintenance of sewer lines, pipes, and drains. These nozzles are designed to efficiently remove blockages, debris, and sediment. The vibra nozzle also vibrates to reduce friction between the hose and pipe wall. This nozzle has four rear jets and three side jets.

Overview

ST49.2 VIBRA Rotating Sewer Nozzle.

Rotating sewer nozzles are highly effective for pipe cleaning due to their ability to combine high-pressure water with rotational movement, providing several key advantages. The VIBRA versions also vibrate to reduce friction between the hose and pipe whilst the rotation ensures 360-degree coverage, allowing the nozzle to clean the entire circumference of the pipe and efficiently dislodge debris, grease, and blockages. Additionally, many rotating nozzles are self-propelled, meaning the water pressure pushes the nozzle through the pipe, allowing it to cover long or complex sewer lines without manual assistance. This makes the cleaning process more autonomous and reduces labor. Furthermore, the even distribution of water minimises the risk of damaging pipes, especially older or more fragile ones, by preventing concentrated force on any one spot. Rotating sewer nozzles provide a versatile, efficient, and safe solution for thoroughly cleaning sewer systems and maintaining pipe integrity.
