ST164 Foam Injector

The ST164 foam Injector made from stainless steel, designed to be part of a cleaning system to produce foam. This injector has an optional compressed air connection and allows the user to have up to two different chemical options attached. The different chemicals can be selected by positioning the lever. There are three options below, Injector without compressed air, with compressed air and an option with compressed air and metering valves. The addition of compressed air will create a more dry sticky foam and the version with metering valves will enable the user to adjust the level of chemical entering the water stream.

The ST164 can be used with a foam lance that does not have an air intake. The air required for foam is supplied directly to the injector. Suitable wash guns to use with this injector would be the Suttner ST2720, ST2725, ST3100 or ST3300 with suitable lance. A hose with an internal diameter of 12mm (DN12) must be used to prevent the generated foam collapsing. We recommend using Blufood hose or our very innovative Hygiene Ultra hose. This injector is designed for low to medium pressure applications and can be used from water line pressure (5 bar).
