Description
The Suttner ST166 injector is used for mixing two chemicals together. These injectors are available with nozzle sizes 1.3mm, 1.6mm and 1.9mm. The chemical dosing in this injector is adjusted by exchangeable nozzle inserts which vary in size from 0.5mm to 2.0mm.

The easyfoam365+ ST166 Injector is a versatile injector designed for applications involving the use of chemicals and foam, such as cleaning and sanitation tasks. Here’s a detailed breakdown of its features and specifications.
Dual Chemical Injection: The injector is capable of sucking in and admixing up to two chemicals simultaneously, allowing for efficient and effective chemical distribution.
Adjustable Chemical Dosing: The chemical dosing can be precisely controlled using 2 sets of 10 exchangeable nozzle inserts, which range in size from 0.5 mm to 2.0 mm. This provides flexibility in managing the concentration of chemicals being used.

You will need to know the flow rate and pressure of the pressure washer or system that the injector is to be installed.
Firstly select the closest flow rate (round up if required)
Then move right across the chart until you are at the closest pressure column.
The top number (1.6) is the injector size.
For foam injectors not using compressed air the number in brackets underneath is the correct ST75 foam lance size required.
