Overview

Antimicrobial Hose for open plant cleaning.

Hygiene Ultra Hose has an antimicrobial outer cover that helps reduce the risk of cross-contamination by limiting bacterial growth on it's surface, making it ideal for open plant cleaning and other hygiene-critical environments.

Exclusive to G&S, the Hygiene Ultra 40 is fully HACCP compliant and is perfect for use in food processing environments.

  • Antimicrobial: Manufactured with a antimicrobial top layer, preventing the growth of micro-organisms and dramatically lowering the risk of cross contamination.
  • Specialist size: Made with a 12mm internal diameter, enabling foam to travel down the hose without collapsing back into a liquid state, essential when using foam injectors with compressed air.
  • Flexible: Designed with flexibility in mind, allowing for easy manoeuvrability without causing strain to the operator.

Using the chart

You will need to know the flow rate and pressure of the pressure washer or system that the injector is to be installed.

Firstly select the closest flow rate (round up if required)

Then move right across the chart until you are at the closest pressure column.

The top number (1.6) is the injector size.

For foam injectors not using compressed air the number in brackets underneath is the correct ST75 foam lance size required.

Foam Injectors using compressed air

Foam injectors using compressed air connections create foam at the injector itself, a hose with 12mm internal diameter is required preventing foam from collapsing back into a liquid state.
