Delivery

Due to the new customs regime, deliveries may take longer than expected to get into Southern Ireland. New freight charges have also come into operation.

 

We will guarantee to despatch all orders, placed before 3pm, the same day, and will endeavour to do our best with any order placed up to 3:30pm.

All of our couriered deliveries to the UK mainland and Northern Ireland are on a next working day basis*. Our deliveries to Southern Ireland are based on a 1-3 day service.

Our couriers will try to deliver your parcel between 08:00 and 17:30 Monday to Friday. We will also send your parcel out the most economical way, therefore minimising your carriage costs.Our general guidelines are:

Up to 5kg	TNT / DX Pack (Medium Sized Bag)	Size restrictions apply
5-20kg	Standard Parcel
20kg+	A small surcharge per kilo is added on top of the standard parcel rate For premium timed/Saturday deliveries please contact us for our services and rates Large high value / fragile items may be palletised for protection and ease of transport.

 

 

As from Monday July 13th 2020 all orders are to be sent by courier only.

We also offer our ‘Plain Cover’ service which allows you, our customer, to send parts directly to your customer, from G&S, without any of our headed paperwork or branded tape. If you would like a copy of your paperwork to go with the parcel, just send it through and we’ll add it to the parcel.

If any parcel is found to be damaged upon delivery, please sign for it as ‘Damaged’. Signing for it ‘unchecked’ unfortunately will not allow us to claim for any damaged/lost goods. Please notify us of any damaged/missing goods within 3 days of delivery.
